This is a special project for me. I got to help a friend make her dream become a reality.
A little background... I met Marisa when I moved up to Massachusetts 12 years ago. She's been a good friend, mentor, and my favorite esthetician ever since. She's one of the most dedicated, hardworking, loyal people you'll ever meet. My children are welcome in her home and business and we adore her and her two gorgeous, smart, funny and hardworking girls. My life is richer with her in it and I'll be forever grateful for her trusting my abilities.
After she secured her new location we met and discussed what she needed in the new space and what she wished for in the new space along with what she loved about her old space and what it's limitations were; with that knowledge and her inspiration images I helped her carve out the space, design a floor plan and helped her select finishes.
The +/-1,300 sf salon allows for three treatment rooms, a makeup area (with natural lighting) a large reception area/product display area, a separate tanning room and plenty of back of house space for Marisa and daughters to work their magic.
If you've been to their previous location in the round building in North Attleboro you'd know how warm the rustic wood ceiling was and how there were no windows or natural daylight in the space. Not wanting to lose that warm rustic feeling wide plank wood flooring was installed throughout and her signature dark blue and shaker beige paint followed to the new space. The interior is only enhanced with all of the natural daylight that floods in. The interior is warm, inviting, inspiring and uniquely theirs.
If you haven't had the pleasure of visiting their salon for a treatment or had a chance to visit them at their new location please do.
